Hi my name is Yvonne and I initially trained as a Reflexologist in 2002. I first became interested after a break to Centre Parcs and thought I would give Reflexology a try. I had been feeling unwell and was at a loss as to what to do as I have an intolerance to Penicillin. I found the treatment very relaxing with my worries and stresses just falling away, and was more than surprised when the treatment finished the therapist started naming the symptoms that I had been suffering from and had not told her.

As soon as I got home I decided to look into this therapy to learn more, and then I found a private Holistic Therapy school in Colchester that taught this therapy. I signed up and did a year's AoR regulated course and that was the beginning of my journey into Holistic therapies.

I then became interested in Aromatherapy, and the medicinal qualities of essential oils. This was a year's course learning the properties of over sixty essential oils and their properties, but before that I needed to also qualify in massage and signed up for a year's course in that. This also included qualifying in an ITEC qualification in Anatomy and Physiology, which I have always been interested in the body's workings. I then did a years course with the International Federation of Aromatherapists IFA

In 2006 I relocated from Essex to Norfolk and had a successful Holistic business in Taverham.

Unfortunately in 2021 due to my husbands ill health, we had to relocate to be closer to family, and I became his carer. Unfortunately earlier this year my husband passed, and I have now decided to start practicing my therapies again.

I have converted a room in my home which is a calm and welcoming oasis of calm, where you do not have to worry about parking, as there is plenty of room on my drive. For people who don't drive, I am on an ideal bus route. Most buses coming from Norwich to Dereham pass Norwich road in Dereham, and you just have to hop of at the Windmill Avenue stop, Campion road is a short walk from there, what could be easier, and likewise travelling from Dereham towards, Tuddenham, Swanton Morley and Norwich.
